Mocha is an exceptional mule. She is 15.2 hands, 8 years old and is out of a Kentucky Mountain Horse mare. She is a barn favorite and meets you at the gate. I have ridden and packed her in the mountains of Colorado and through the red rocks and canyons of Utah and New Mexico. She is great in camp and can be high lined or hobbled. Watch her videos to see how she crosses obstacles with a light neck rein and leg cues and is good with dogs and other horses on the trail. This mule loves to get out and go! I have not had her refuse anything in all of the bushwhacking and off trail adventures we have ridden together. My husband loves to ride her and she is a go-to for friends to ride as well. She is a people lover, trailers well and is good for the farrier and vet. The absolute best quality about this mule is that she is safe for all riders. I have taken her on many trips out in the back country by myself and I always feel comfortable that she has a kind and willing heart and does her best to do her job well every day.
