Jasper is a 14.2 hand registered AQHA 4 yo, grey dun gelding. His official name is Olenas Pistol Jac and is an immediate son from Smoken Zantanon and TLC Purple Cowgirl.
He’s quickly becoming a barn favorite because there’s not a mean bone in this horse. At his young age he does way more than most 4 yo horses and will excel at pretty much anything you throw at him. He ground ties to be groomed, saddled and stands for the farrier. He loads and backs out of the trailer with ease. We have taken him through our trail course where he walks over logs, swing bridges, narrow bridges, teeter totters, tarps, balls, etc. and we have done some mild cow work with him. On the ranch he is taken on miles of trails where he is exposed to all kinds of wildlife like elk, deer, bear, turkey and nothing seems to bother him. He has already been ridden by all ages and levels of riders and he remains a real gentleman no matter what. He has the build to become a great reiner or cutting horse. He has been introduced to the the cutting flag and has a solid foundation as a roping horse (heading and heeling).
Jasper is just one of those hard to find great horses with a wonderful disposition and a solid, fast learning mind.
